~ Call for Food & Craft/Vintage Vendors ~
It’s the first-ever Olalla Americana Music Festival and you will want to be a part of this extraordinary event in Kitsap County.
You can download the application right here:
(Please make checks to “Olalla Community Club”)
With over 25 years of experience producing the Bluegrass Festival, we know what works for our event and our guests. So we are looking forward to receiving applications which feature the following:
FOOD VENDORS: We welcome “Down-home Country Cooking”, ethnic and cultural delicacies, or special one-of-a-kind snacks, treats, and scrumptious baked goods (though we already have berry pie covered; it’s an Olalla tradition).
CRAFT and ARTISAN VENDORS: We look forward to each year seeing new and different hand-made crafts, created through a unique level of artistry and passion. We also look forward to vendors who have a talent for re-purposing and creating vintage treasures for the home or office.
Historically, our vendors love presenting at the festival for the music is amazing, the crowds are appreciative of the arts, and the day is a fantastic “day in the park”.
NON-PROFIT GROUPS: As an event supported through volunteers and a non-profit organization, the Olalla Community Club, we truly appreciate the opportunity the festival provides for our organization. So we also believe this event will also provide a wonderful experience for our neighbors and partners, especially Non-Profit organizations serving our community. So we look forward to hearing from service groups, organizations, and other 501-c 3 institutions which make a difference in the Kitsap, Mason, and Pierce communities.
Please take notice: We are most interested in demonstration and hands-on activities for our festival.
